Shipping policy

At this time, Olivia Keri Designs is limited to shipping domestically within the United States.  The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days.  After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days.  Please keep in mind that during the holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary.  Thank you for your patience.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes or delays and incorrect addresses or lost, damaged, or missing packages during transit.

Shipping costs are a flat $3.50 fee for orders up to $35.  All orders over $35, before taxes, ship free.
